This raised suspicions whether or not he would make a return at all to America, that was even if he was still in America. Word had spread on the disappearance and not one single soul knew anything, with his absence Dino DeLuca took over Chicago with the little numbers that were left. It seemed as if Jimmy was the heart and soul of Chicago, after he went Chicago slowly started to become a ghost town, Chicago residents began to move out until it became empty with one four residents left.
